If you mean "break," it's misspelled.
No one can BREAK me in this life.
Unless by "brake" you mean "stop" you.

Edit:
So, it's "No one can brake me in this life."

If you mean no one can slow you down, I would choose a verb other than brake, perhaps abate, diminish or slow. Brake implies a tangible mechanism applied to reduce force or speed.
"My energy will not be diminished by others"
"I will not be slowed by the efforts of others"

If you mean 'break', i.e., hurt or injury, I like
"I will not be broken by the efforts of others" or
"I cannot be broken"

I change the subject of the sentence from others doing (or not doing) to the speaker's perspective because I believe the statement to be unbreakable should focus on the speakers action or ability.

"In this life" is superfluous. If not in this life, will you be broken in another life or in death? Although it does provide emphatic punctuation to your statement. I prefer dammit, as in:

"I will live my life free and unfettered, and there ain't nothin' you can do about it, dammit!"
