Does anyone like the look of trainers with a long cotton skirt?

I saw someone last night in a long cotton skirt and dark trainers. I would only wear trainers with a short skirt, think they look horrible with a below the knee skirt. (I normally wear birkenstocks). Anyone else got any views?

Hi, No i think it looks awful, what do some people see when they look in the mirror they must think "Hey Lookin Good" when in fact they look as if they have been to a jumble sale and just put on mis -matched clothing, Sorry............i work in a supermarket and you wouldn't believe some of the clothes people wear.

No not in a long skirt, they are as bad as hiking boots in an evening dress. Short skirts it depends on the skirt and circumstances ie sport
Jeans yes but I don't know why.
Long trousers no because it is a mix of fairly formal with very informal

No trainers don't look good with any kind of skirt. They should only be worn with jeans, trousers.

Long cotton skirts need light sandles or canvas shoes.

I think that skirts tend to either look kind of trashy or cheap if they are tight and short, or they are really just the ordinary jean skirts that aren't necessarily sexy.

Try maxi skirts with the medial side slits those can look great on you! No matter whether you have long legs or not merely strut that skirt
