I have feeder fish such as rosie reds and guppies and I have them in a feeder net inside my fish tank, but they can be in their for weeks and I was just wondering what I can feed them cause i feel like I am starving them to death. Any suggestions?

Crushed up flake food is the best answer for you. It's easy, cheap and they will be fine eating it.

Nutrition

Staple diet
Give your feeders a flake fish food. Feed according to the directions on the packaging.

Frequent feedings
For optimum health, your feeders should be fed as much food as they will consume in 1-3 minutes, twice a day.

I agree with magicman. Feeders are usually fed a very poor diet before arriving at your house, so feeding them a high quality flake or micro pellet will increase their nutritional value greatly. Not feeding them will only decrease their nutritional value. You should also consider a separate tank for your feeders. This will give you a chance to quarrantine them, and help prevent the spread of disease, which feeders are notorius for.
