Well, like the others suggest, it's best not to get rid of the house geckos. They eat all kinds of pests like cockroaches and flies. There's even evidence that they can survive on feline faeces. But if you really want to get rid of them, there's no surefire way to do that. All you can do is to just use a hard object to whack them when you see them, and maybe pour boiling water on the occasional gecko you see crawling around the sink, if you're so inclined.

Hey, geckos do more good than harm. They can kill harmful insects (by eating them), such us mosquitoes, flies...Your house will then be much cleaner and safer. And if you get rid all of them? I'm sure you'll get other bigger troubles with dirt, flies around. Anyway, have you tried listening to the sound they make? It's funny, especially when you're tired and need some entertainment!

Why get rid of geckos you evil person? They are considered good luck to have in your home in some countries like Greece. They feed on unwanted insects like mosquitos and flies too. So keep them until one falls on your head while you sleep.

Make friends with them! They eat bugs! Believe me, I've had bugs and the best little friends to have for getting rid of bugs are geckos! So you deal with a little lizzard poo, I'd rather have that than to have to spray for bugs all the time, it's cheaper.

You must be from up north ---lizzards are not up their. Lizzards eat bugs and they are hungry all the time... I don't have lizzards in my house cause --- bugs don't live their. My lizzards and bugs live outside--where they belong... Silly little things --- if ya catch them and the tail comes off---no big deal cause it will grow back on. They are absolutely harm less. I don't know what they taste like--never et one...
