I'm not a doctor as such, but i talk to enough of them.
and wow, there is someone else on this planet who says thingamajig...oh it's a real word, didn't see that getting through the spell checker :S
well anyway you asked for a diagnosis, sorry to disappoint you but all i can think of is, maybe you should wash more? and as for the nose thing on your elbow i haven't a clue, but i reckon you could make a living out of that thing mate.
