I'm thinking about being a pastry chef.
What are some good culinary schools.

In the US or another country.

In the US, there's the Culinary Institute of America. There's one on the east coast and one in St. Helena, California. There's Johnson & Wales. Those are the two most prestigious ones here. And pastry chefs are in high demand right now. I can't open the classifieds without seeing tons of help wanted ads for certified pastry chefs.

I'm kind of sorry that I went into the meat realm instead of pastry.

Look into the PA Culinary Institute they have Le Cordon Bleu program that is spectacular. The placement for students in extremely high and everyone who I know who goes there loves the Chiefs and classes.... good luck!
