Why is stammering with words, or expressing words against the rules?

Why would descibing delicious with several letter of m be against the guidelines.

I didn't know it was.
If you got reported for that, you should protest it.
Describing "delicious" with "mmmmmmmmmmm" sounds perfectly appropriate, but I'd have to see the whole answer in context to know for sure.
