is it going to rain today at 5:00?

i am going to Texas and i dont want it to be cancled!

Where I am, it will rain at 5:00. It is now 4:51 and it is already raining.

However, in spite of the rain, I don't think they will cancel Texas. There are too many Texans that would have to be relocated.
