Water displacement, for sure. Even if you have a perfectly regular prism to measure for a geometric determination, you still must take a total of at least 3, more often 4, measurements. (length + width + height + mass, or height + radius/diameter + mass) In a volumetric determination, you only take 2 measurements, mass and volume. Fewer measurements = fewer chances for error = more accurate result.

Water displacement method is more accurate since slight geometric distortions affect the results.
