What evidence do you have that Bush planned the 9/11 attacks? While he may not have done much to prevent them,for which there is evidence, I doubt he actually planned the attacks. It was really a serendipitous opportunity to make war on Saddam Hussein.

It's amazing to me that you believe that. He didn't. What's even more amazing is that if the traffic controllers were doing their job, they would have been able to scrabble defense aircraft. Bush would've never ordered those airliners to be shot down even if he knew their intentions. He would have lost his favor and trust with the American public.
