Part of the aerea is on a slope. Should I keep blackberries on the slope to prevent sliding??

Well I'm all out of agent orange. You might try Round-up on it.

I would put some kind of planting in the area to keep the soil stable.

crossbow or similar product will work but I don't think round-up will work because it is for weeds also spray crossbow sometime in September that way it doesn't come back otherwise the plant will die but not the roots

Roundup works well. You can get it at any box store like Lowes or Home Depot
