need 2 floatie swim trainers for a two year old
and 5 year old

i think arm bands would be better for your 5 year old.
I had a floatie that you could sit in for my daughter but they only go up to 24 months.

Floaties and other such devices do not teach a child to swim. These devices keep them afloat. The swimming part has to be taught.

Walmart. You know, now a days they have these bathing/swimsuits for boys and girls. (WAlmart also) They have these removable styrofoam pads in them and as your kid becomes a better swimmer, you can remove them. I never got to try these because my kids already knew how to swim before I saw them. They seem great to me. They wouldn't get in the way and it would give them confidence to swim without some other swim aid.

Try your local sports shop they usually have a range of floats for all ages.
