You should time them and see if they get closer together. You can use this site it works great to time contractions!

If you are worried then I would call your doctor.

It might not be Braxton-Hicks, but the real deal -- especially if it's eminating toward your legs or back. Try laying on your left side and drinking a lot of water for about an hour. That should stop or decrease Braxton-Hicks contractions. If it continues to increase in intensity, duration, and frequency, then you should begin timing them. Once they reach 5 minutes apart, last 1 minute, for at least 1 hour, it's time to contact labor & delivery at your hospital, or your nurse, midwife, etc.

Labor pains, keep track of how far apart they are, if they get to be consistently 7 min apart for a least an hour then call the hospital, otherwise just try to keep your feet up. Talk to your doctor Monday and let them know what is going on, if you're not already he may request bed rest to get you through to 38 weeks.

You sound like you are in actual labor! Count between your contractions, and make sure you notice if they are getting more intense, if so get to the hospital you may be in actual labor.
