Is Santa Monica College in CA only a 2 year community college or can you get a BA?

I want to transfer to a not so major 4 year California college near the beach and close LA, are their any?

Santa Monica is a 2 year community college.

LA area: Cal State Long Beach is public (affordable) 4 year college closest to beach I can think of. UCLA isn't too far from the beach but hard to get in to. There are several private 4 year colleges by the beach. Pepperdine is by the beach but private and expensive. Mt. Saint Mary's is a women's college, private, within a few miles of beach.

Pt. Loma Nazarene is on beach in San Diego, also private. UCSD across the street from beach in La Jolla but need good grades. Ditto for UC Santa Barbara.
