Beside, losing weight would make him less conspicuous and thus he would get less attention. Its well documented that at least since high school his every move, even within his own movies, is to keep himself as the focus of attention.

You just don't want to see the truth in his documentary. You'd rather insult him because perhaps you're still living at home and are still eligible for health coverage from your parent's employer. I don't know if this is the case, but it is certainly obvious by your "question" that you do not have to worry about health-care insurance.
