I think we should look at who has taken better care of this land Native Americans or Americans to determine who deserves it. The Native Americans were here first and the small fraction that they have fought to get back is not enough to justify what they have gone through because of us. I am not saying all immigrants go home but did we have to take so much away from Native Americans? Their respect for the land and each other is something that everyone could benefit from. We should respect and follow in this example to try and be more at peace with each other.

At least give first pick to the ones who were here first. I still get mad at how we were so greedy and took it all over for ourselves and couldn't share the land to coexist here.

Maybe everyone just needs to backtrack and go back to where their ancestors were from 'originally'... granted that means many of us will end up in bits and pieces scattered through the world.

But I was born on this land.... maybe not culturally of my Native ancestor's people, but the same continent at least, so at least let the parts of me that stay be the parts that matter most.

I am part of each of these cultures. I speak for my ancestors to my ancestors. I am called ManyNames, medicine woman of a NorthEastern river band of natives that no longer exist in a way that can be proven. So it is with the wisdom of the great spirit who guides me to understanding. I will continue to share my table with newcomers who come from great distances and are in need. It is the way of peace.

FIRST they actually NEED to take OUR lands OFF 'trust status" and let us REALLY OWN our lands.
Second, let us BUY and ADD to our Reservations / Rancheria's. That way nobody has anything to complain about.

As it stands now, the US govt technically STILL owns our lands "trust status" and they make it EXTREMELY hard to just buy and ADD to it.

I'd be happy with a WRITTEN FORMAL APOLOGY, with noted regard to EVERY murder, rape, forced removal, etc.

as to that THING, you truly are a rainbow in the dark. As you are not known to ANY people as you are known to be only another WANNABE FAKE.
