In the most part of cases, women really need more time to orgasm, but some woman is different. In my life, I've known girls just orgasming after some minutes (as your wife) and others needing some hours even! The sign you're asking for is easy to feel because during the orgasm vagina has some
twitch while woman is getting a great pleasure through thrill, shudder and gasping. Since women usually can reach different orgasms at different time, I don't think she already will stop after the first 2-3 min. Anyway,
consider yourself lucky because it's better so than the opposite situation!

Maybe you're just really good at foreplay? Maybe she can orgasm every few minutes for an hour! Women react differently. And one orgasm is not necessarily like the next for any one woman. (And the next may only be 2-3 minutes later.)
Why are you stressing over this? After all, you could just ASK. Does she seem satisfied afterwards? If so, then why worry?

Id be very surprised if your wife can come that quickly just through intercourse and g spot stimulation alone. Usually clitoral stimulation with your figures, tongue or a vibrator would be required if not essential.
My advice for tips to see if she faking would be to watch how she is right after she says shes 'orgasmed'. After a proper orgasm a women is just like a man after hes come, her pulse should be racing, she should be out of breath , maybe shaking slightly, but most of all she should be absolutely exhausted and useless for a while, like all she wants to do is lie there with you. If shes bouncing around full of energy like nothing even happened directly after sex then id say shes faking or at least exaggerating a lot. my advice, feel her heart beat, theres no way she can be coming if it not beating really fast.

Every woman is different. That being said, all I can say from my experience is it would be very hard for me to 'fake' a true orgasm. Involuntary muscle control to be blunt. We can 'oooo' and 'ahhhhh' all we want, but we are just like you went it comes to 'liftoff'.
That's not to say she's not enjoying herself. I know I do but intercourse alone doesn't do it for me either. But again, every woman is different.
I think you just need to have a serious talk and help clear the air if you're having any doubt.

every woman is different and i don't believe there is any standard amount of time for orgasm. personally, i sometimes orgasm as soon as he puts it in, depending on the mood and amount of foreplay. just talk to her about it, that's the only way to know for sure.

During orgasm a female will have vaginal and cervical contractions. You should definitely feel this if you are inside her you can even see the twtiching from the outside.

Some women can have vaginal orgasms.... just not all.
Does she contract her muscles, get clammy or flushed, does her breathing change? If so, it's real.
I've never understood the need to fake..... you could just ask her.

You are one lucky man. There are some women who are fortunate enough to experience that. My husband is another lucky man.
