I would recommend looking into the Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Denmark, and Norway). These countries have good human rights and gender equality record, social welfare programs (although they have to pay high tax to fund these programs), low crime rates, and high life expectancy.

Some have mention Sweden Sweden is not a neutral country anymore. The Swedes have joined NATO military pact. There are only Switzerland, Finland and Ireland which are neutral countries.
