I would say Bonds could have hit more as a DH because he could play in more games as a DH without having to play defense. There would be no difference for Aaron because there was no DH in the American League when he was playing.

none, Barry had his home runs in his career in only National League, not in American League. He played for Pittsburgh Pirates and SF Giants. Hank Aaron played in Braves as National League but he was traded to Brewers (in his time, Brewers is part of American League later in 1998 they moved to National League).

No, especially if he played for the Royals. The only homeruns really given up in that part are by the visiting team because the pitching consistently sucks. As for the hitting, well, the single season team record is still a pathetic 36!

Gee. i ask your self what share HRs Bonds could have hit had he been juiced up?? Lol! His checklist is and continually would be a farce. Hammering Hank remains the HR king till Alex Rodriguez passes him.

Even with the steroids, bonds wouldn't have hit half as many home-runs if the strike-zone wasn't half the size it used to be. What happened to the letter-high strike?

Probably more. Playing in San Francisco all these years, he's played most of his games in pitcher friendly stadiums like Petco in San Diego and Dodger Stadium. If he played in the AL he'd play in HR derby parks most of the time like Fenway and Yankee stadium. you know... places with short left field fences. Hell even Kaufmann stadium is only 330 down the line.

Yep, because he wouldn't have sat out as many games as he has, as he would be able to DH.
