If the smell is most unpleasant and your friend is not a virgin, it could most likely be an STD! However, if she is a virgin it could be a small yeast infection that are common and easy to get rid of.
But if you friend has been thinking a lot about sex, perhaps masturbating or it comes during some form of foreplay, it could just be the 'heat' odor that the vigina sometimes releases to arouse males...
But if it continues I would go and see a doctor, mine sometimes releases an odor, during foreplay but goes away by the next day...

Ok let's see if we can sort this out...a VAGINA is a female body part. VIRGINIA is a state in the USA and a VIRGIN is someone who has never had sexual intercourse. Now, if it is a vagina you are talking about then perhaps she has some sort of infection that needs to be taken care of with antibiotics. She should see a doctor.

I too have been to VIRGINIA and it didn't smell.
If her VAGINA is smelly, it could be a sign of infection. She should go to a doctor. (Most women have a slight odor that only they can smell, if it has gotten worse, then its time for a doctor)
A VIRGIN is someone who hasn't had sex.

She needs to see a doctor as soon as possible! Being that long is worse than a yeast infection. Could be a urinary tract infection rite now

She needs to see a doctor. She may have an infection. She may even have left a tampon in and it has lodged itself in a place where she can't tell it's there. Get her to see a doctor.

If the odour is bad and strong, then tell her to see a doctor. It could be an infection, better get it treated early.
