i'm guessing a party where you use Mark Kay products.
I've never heard of it but that seems reasonable.

Someone hosts a party where a Mary Kay Consultant will show you mary kay products to sample, she will show you how to apply and use the products. All done in the sole name of marketing the peroducts in hope thatyou will purchase one or more products at the end of the party. The consuultant will also be looking for someone to host the next party and looking to sign a few ladies as Mary Kay Consultants.
It will be a little fun, you will learn a few makeup tricks, but do not get it twisted this is a sales pitch. However, you are never required to buy anything or do anything.

A Mary Kay party is a get together where someone shows off products to their guests from the Mary Kay line. They also may have samples for you to try etc. Hope this helps.

my mom does mary kay it is a party where u look at different makeup and they talk about and u just hang out and have some snacks

It's where a mary kay representitive comes to your house and tries to sell makeup. People get to try on the makeup and stuff. At the end if you want to buy any you can.

They are where you go to a cunsultants house or some where like that and they show you new products and usually at the parties you get a discount on some items and you get samples and get to try out stuff and they tell you what colors of makeup would look best on you.

Yea i've been to one. If you have a nice consultant then she'll most likely help you chose the colors that best suit you. Pretty much everyone comes and then eats and talks and then there's a bunch of products that the person brings to your house and you get to chose which one you want to buy. They're soo much fun! Yea, you do have a chance to buy them and for most of the items you can take them home right away.

a woman comes to your house and tries to sell you very expensive cosmetics. it's a waste.
