One of my answers has got 7 thumbs down yet hasn't folded?

I think when you answer a question and members of the community rate you with a "thumbs-down" that you are still able to view your answer and see the ratings. However, when you view a particular response to someones' question and rate that individual response with a "thumbs-down" that the question then automatically folds from your view. However, you still have the option to see the response in full-view if you click-on that option.
