Sounds to me like you might have print cartridge issues. They could need replacing or they may need to be cleaned and re-seated. Check in your programs to see if there is a program that was installed when you originally installed your printer. Most printers will install a utility for cleaning the print heads on the printer. If your printer has such a utility run it and then test your printer. If it still won't print remove the cartridges and re-insert them. You can also try new cartridges but the cartridges are expensive and might not be the solution.

You can try upgrading the printer drivers but I doubt that drivers are the issue because if the drivers were bad it would still print but it would print gibberish. The fact that it is going through the motions of printing but spitting out blank pages tells me that it is ink cartridge related.

Good luck,

1. Check the cables
2. Check the ink level
3. Check that you're printing the correct page (in most cases especially in workbooks or excel, when you press Print, it also pretends to print blank pages)

If you have, or have had different printers loaded
► Control Panel
► Printers
»» Click on your printer.
• Make sure is set to "Default Printer"
• Click on PROPERTIES & check your settings.
