I just went to see it 2 hours ago. (Just got home)
and YES! IT was VERY entertaining. I love it.
I laughted all the way through it. I am not even much of a Simpsons fan on TV at home but this made me laugh. Homer is still that larikin but end up saving the day as only Homer can!
Excellent movie.

I actually thought it was a bit of a let down cause I thought it would be great. I think after 20 years they have run out of ideas a bit and some of the jokes are a bit lame. Like the newer TV episodes are sometimes filled with 'silly' things rather than humorous and the movie was kinda like that. It was alright though.

I thought it was completely ****. It over-exaggerated lame jokes, sexual references and violence. Showing Bart's penis in the movie just brought the joke over the top. I mean little kids are going to be watching that and have been exposed to nudity at such a young age. Matt Groening should be ashamed.
