Right, this is my Simon Cowell bit:

This music wouldn't sell in Britain. The video is uber-cheesy and looks far too 80s. That can be ok, but it needs to be done with a sort of self-aware irony, rather than how it is done here.

The music is neither here nor there - it doesn't fit into any particular genre (not even Latino) and in Britain people do tend to be defined by their favourite bands. It governs what they wear, how they look and where they go. This is particularly true of the young demographic who have the most disposable income, and to whom this would not appeal.

Finally, and I don't wish to be rude here, but it's not actually very good. It would still sell if it had the right look and beat, etc. but as it stands it doesn't have a single hook. Sorry.

ps: If anyone in the music industry reads this and wants to give me a job, I'm all ears and very well qualified!

Having been alerted by Mordents answer I checked on your profile and you appear to have a "bee in your bonnet"( a quaint, old fashioned British expression that means obsession) about this band as you have asked this question over and over again !I think most people have given you your answer.Sorry but they are not good enough for the British or American market and probably all the others you have asked.! You could listen to the groups /bands that do make it big here and perhaps learn something from them. This is not intended as an insult but rather as constructive criticism.

To be honest, it would do badly in the UK or Ireland apart from the fact it is in Spanish. We never get Mexican bands in the UK/Ireland so we don't know. But . . . it is definitely the type of song which would go down well in Spain. It is the type of pop music you hear in Spain when on holiday there.

How many times are you going to ask this question?

No. They're rubbish. They're generic. They're a copy of other bands. Not even their instrumentation, let alone their harmonic structure or even melody is original. Their music is dated, it sounds like it's from 1988. Plus music not in English is very very rarely in the charts here - especially in the pop/rock whatever chart. I will be very surprised if that band is ever heard of here.

maybe 1 or 2 of their songs could sell here ( ireland ) or across the irish sea, but i cant see them making it big because there are too many bands of that genre already going + other such south american bands ( and there are --and have been --several ) never made it ---or have tried to make it.....with a few exceptions.

can see them selling a bit they sound like crappy groups like Westlife and Boyzone so i can see the people who buy singles buying it. mainly pre teen girls i mean but not much else. most likely will be a one hit wonder do
