Does she plan on getting an implant in the smaller one or a reduction in the larger one?

She should talk to a plastic surgeon. EVERY surgery has risks, including plastic surgery. See at least three plastic surgeons before choosing one to operate on her.

If she has been checked out by a doctor and the size difference is not caused by anything wrong, then your friend should have it done,if it makes her feel better about herself. All the surgeon will do is give her implants to make both of her breasts the same size.

If she is that uncomfortable about her appearance she should seek out a highly respected plastic surgeon. This doctor should help her to weigh her options and risks.

Maybe you should find about your fiend's condition. To control her emotion, you can go shopping and do the positive activities to make her no worries about the surgery.

If it really bothers her, she should get it taken care of. It will improve her self-confidence.
