These "High Yield Investment Programs" (HYIP) are scams. I have never heard of a legitimate one. The US Treasury department considers the phrase "high yield investment program" a red flag that you are probably dealing with a scam.

IF there are any that are not scams (which i doubt), the effort required to sort them out from the scams would be better spent EARNING the money.
