How about asking a serious question?
If there is an answer to this question, we won't have an acting vice president for a few hours. Simple enough.
If the vice-pres was incapacitated and unable to fulfill his / her duties the president would choose another vice pres.

All it means is that Bush will actually be President for a few hours instead of 'playing' like he's President. Let's all hope for Cheney's speedy recovery so Bush can go back to being a mere puppet. -RKO- 07/28/07

Actually, there is no line of succession for the VP. If the VP steps down or dies, then the President would appoint a new VP who would need to be confirmed by Congress (this is what happened with Gerald Ford when Nixon appointed him VP).

No. Dont worry. Halliburton Energy Services will take care of it. They'll send a man of theirs to be the V-P. Hang on a sec, isnt their man the V-P in the first place???

...no In the order of succession... If the President were incapacitated the Speaker of the House would become President pro-temp until the VP was able to assume the Presidency or the President became "re able" to assume his duty.
