Nail polish remover will remove most ink.

If its a CRT screen (glass face) use windex.

If its an LCD screen... you are probably hozed because the ball point would damage the screen. You can try windex on a soft cloth... but expect the plastic surface to be indented and the line to be visible forever.

turps methorated spirits and rub hard or you might hav to buy ne screen :)
