I do not know where these hoops come into play, i will just assume it is some type of ACC slang for an unpredictable season. N Carolina is horrible, always have been. Yes Butch Davis may do some good, but it will be a miracle if they are ranked at the end of the season. And Duke?? Okay, they will be lucky to win two games. You need to pay closer attention to football.
