Depends, there must have been some signals given , before this thought creeped up your mind?

Has she asked you out, or are you attracted to her and want to date her ?
Is she single currently and just in need of some companionship or is she looking for some one who can commit.
What do you want out of this relationship ( do you even want a relationship or just looking out for some fun filled nights togather ) .
These are some questions you need to answer.

As for me, if she wants to have some fun on the sly, why not ?

if you are ready to accept that if it works out with her you have a ready made family. sure.
i guess it would also make a difference of how old was she when she banged out the kids? under 21yo?
do you want to deal with the baby daddy(s) that go along with her and the kids?
it might not be that bad, guys do it all the time.
