Drop him. You didn't do anything wrong. When you asked him about his past player life, all you did was bring it to his attention that you know his game style and you exposed him as a player. By him using the work "lately," I get the feeling that when something better comes along, they will be the new "lately" girl who only matters to him. Don't get caught in his web. Players are used to getting what they want. Drop him and let him know he can't use you. By his lack of communication, it seems like he only cares about the sex. It's better to get out now than to wait another month or two and get more attached to him, then have him break your heart. You deserve better. Move on and be strong.

It really depends on what they want.
Sometimes you get the ones where they obviously don't like what you had to say so they try to argue with you over complete idiocies, these I simply delete.
If they were to say want to know something more about what I said in a certain post, or if what they said really interests me, I usually don't mind answering them.

If it is hate mail, I don't answer back and take satisfaction in hitting a nerve. If it is a friendly or helpful message, then I do.

I always answer back, but sometimes I don't connect during a few days, so people think I don't want to answer. But in fact, I answer sometimes with a few days delay...
