Are you crazy? Or has someone been filling your mind with crap that you're fat?

Girl, your BMI is 19.2

That's really good. It means you're fit. Any lower, and you'll be under weight.

Like other Yahoo! users have been saying, ignore what people say and the media these days have often been pressuring girl these days that they are fat because most females in the media these days are extremly skinny and/or have an eating disorder, so therefore this statment is believed: women who are extremly skinny = attractive or sexy.

Not true at all. That's just a stupid sterotype, skinny = pretty. If it's guys that you worry about that will think you are fat, have no worries. Studies have shown most guys really don't care about your weight most of the time. As long as you're at a weight weight and not obese, no guy will really care about how much you weigh. Frankly, most guys even find it annoying that you fuss over your food and think your fat and everything.

Besides, if you become too skinny, it will look your sick. And I bet you don't want to look that way. The heroin chick look is so out these days.

But still if you want to lose some weight, I would suggest joining a gym or getting a good amount of excercise each day or at least three times a week for about half an hour to an hour each day. Eating healthy too and knowing your limit will really help you.

But remember, you are beautiful no matter what anyone says.

Yes you are!! LOL.

Your body mass index (BMI) is 19.6
This is a measure of weight over height.
In an average and healthy person it should be around 20-25.
Higher than 25 your would be overweight
Lower than 18.5 would make you clinically underweight.

Your BMI is perfectly healthy and normal for your age.

you would benefit from increasing your food intake since you are at a fast growing age and your body needs extra nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins to aide your maximum potential growth.

Eat well and balanced. Take regular exercise! exercise is crucial to regulare your metabolism and it keeps you mentally and physically fit.

and stop looking at deformed celebrities on magazine covers.

good luck.

Sure doesn't sound like it. If you really want to know, go to an expert to learn your bdoy fat %. But please, you are way too young to beat yourself up over stuff like that and at an age where you're in great danger of developing an eating disorder.

no, and don't let anyone tell you that it is. you may or may not be fit though. this is something you may want to look into.

if you don't have any medical problems, perhaps an excercise routine would be a good idea.
