The rate I am going I will not have reached retirement, which will be 67 for me. I have several bouts of ill health in the past few years and have a number of conditions, which reduce my life expectancy. :-(

I am making efforts to improve my general health by changing my eating habits and increasing my exercise now that I feel better. I am hoping that I can reduce my reliance on medication as I am on eleven different drugs and you can imagine the side effects are not great. With the cocktail I am taking, the drugs are not as effective as they could be.

I have always made an effort in my life to eat a healthy, balanced diet, take regular exercise and be positive, so this apparently increases my life expectancy.

I once did a 'test' in the newspaper based on questions about lifestyle, and it said that if I continue as I am, then I can expect to live HEALTHILY and HAPPILY until at least 85.

Blissfully, no one can know when one would die and therefore doesn't have to invite any unnecessary misery by speculating on it. Wouldn't like to forgo my bliss in order to satisfy your curiosity or for that matter, my own too.
