I'm trying to find out where one of my neighbours has moved to.. How can i find out?

The post office can not give out their forwarding address. Mail a letter to their old address asking them to contact you and it will be forwarded to them. Do you know any of their friends and family? You could try getting their new address from them too.

You can ask the post office if they left a forwarding address.

The mailing idea is probably best but if this doesn't work, you could try checking the phone company. If they have phone service, you could get their new number. (assuming it isn't private)
