The post office can not give out their forwarding address. Mail a letter to their old address asking them to contact you and it will be forwarded to them. Do you know any of their friends and family? You could try getting their new address from them too.

The mailing idea is probably best but if this doesn't work, you could try checking the phone company. If they have phone service, you could get their new number. (assuming it isn't private)
