Of course there is.
There are tutorials, and vids and everything.
A virus can only be spread if a person doesn't protect themselves enough.
I don't like spammers or virus either.
But I do enjoy testing viruses against my system.

Don't do it, we don't need anymore viruses. We have enough already. (I personally think the anti-virus companies creat some virus to help promote their software)

The important thing is that no virus can be created but it can be cultured from the exsisting group of viruses.

I don't know of any and even if I did I wouldn't tell you,why would you want to infect and hack into somebody's computer and cause them so many problems.
