Does anyone know the cost, or a way of getting cheap ticket?? The train appears to take 4.5 hours but the only cost i could find from the station itself was like €100. Thanks

try doing it the other way around.
first go to prague,and then go on a bus to berlin.it takes about 5 hours and it costs about 40euro,both ways. It goes during the night,and its very confortable.

Go to eurolines.com and they will redirect you to

and you can look for the dates and times you want. I'm sure they have a button for English, but I read German so I didn't use it.
