I was a delivery driver for a dry cleaners in Alaska and my first winter there was more snow than there had been in the past 55 years. My delivery van was just a regular 18 passenger van, that was gutted so the clothes were the only thing that was weighing it down. Of course my route was up and down mountainous hills that were difficult to traverse in the summer after break-up! So three accidents later, I was looking for a new job!!!

Not fired, it was more like not re-hired... It was an advertising job, I had to wear this ridiculous, humiliating Orange hat ... I was promoting some jelly beans lol

I worked for a mgt. consultant in NYC and I kept taking time off to plan my wedding. He finally let me go and when he told me I could clean out my desk, I told him "I already did." and I sailed out the door on wings. I hated him and that job. He kept phoning me so we could talk about it.....like I would phone him back....not!
