We have thought many times of buying a fax machine for the home but then thought, what is the point for the occasional time you would use it?
Most people have computers at home now also, just was wondering how good it would be to be able to go locally and fax and whatever?

What other things can you think of?

Good idea for fax...photo copying is another good choice..our local village shop does it and its a blessing.
Dry cleaning collection and delivery
I am sure there are more but those are the ones I regularly use.

There is a HUGE range of 'all-in-one' printer/scanner/FAX machines from the likes of Canon & HP etc.

For example, the Canon MP530 includes a document feeder, prints and photo-copies up to A4 duplex (including 'photo-real' color) and is suitable for occasional FAX use and can be had for less than £150 (or less than $200)

A plumber that will actually turn up and do the work. Now that would be worth paying for.

Sorry, just had to get that off my chest.
