This was an old movie name red dragon(I'm not sure because it was an old movie) there were a blind lady in the movie she was wearing a wristwatch I've noticed that and I was laughing the whole time how can a blind lady see what time in her wristwatch.it was funny I just want to share it with you guys.

Yeah, I saw it and yes there are braile watches, but it was funny. The book Red Dragon, by Thomas Harris, was awesome.
Saw an old cowboys/Indians movie once where one of the Indians was wearing a watch---That was very funny too.

I used to have a neighbor that was blind and had a brail watch, It looked like any normal watch except that it could be opened and the time felt for.
