You've got a lot to learn in the art of joke telling...
Three men are stranded in the desert: a white man, a black man, and an Arab man. All of a sudden, during their travels, they find a magic lamp. The white man rubs on it, and poof! A genie appears. The genie informs that since there are three of them, they each get one wish. The white man gets the first wish.
"I wish all the black people in America were back in Africa", he says. Poof! The wish has been granted.
The Arab man gets the second wish. "I wish there was a giant inpenetrable wall around my country, so that the white man can't get in, and no one can get out." Poof! A giant wall appears.
The black man gets the last wish. "I wish that Iraq became flooded." Poof! Endless rain fell upon the barracaded country...
