Bellaire's Chinatown area is not that safe of a place to live. Try the City of Bellaire, Sugarland, or Fort Bend County areas around Highway 6. There is also the Richmond/Rosenberg areas which are not too far away. Avoid Alief, South Houston, Southeast Houston areas.

After Katrina, Chinatown has become a dangerous place to live. Sugarland is large, fairly close and offers a variety of good schools and places to live. Bellaire and Memorial are closer with good schools but pretty pricey and not so many houses on the market. It might be hard to find one for under $500,000.

Do not live in Sharpstown or around Chinatown. Katy is farther out and is also booming with good schools and nice subdivisions. So, Katy, Sugarland and even, Meyerland (an older neighborhood that is kind of quiet and low key) are my three suggestions to start.

By all means avoid corporate, club creek.. those are streets by china town. I grew up in Alief, (bellaire/kirkwood, Cook etc) and all the apartments in the area are super ghetto. There are plenty of nice apartments on westhimer and the beltway 8.

I'm going to have to place my usual pitch for Memorial. Rents are not outrageous and crime is low.

Avoid like the plague: Anything southwest along 59. Avoid Alief (nice 20 years ago, but gang turf wars always erupt). Avoid most of Westheimer except some of the newer apartment properties. Avoid Westchase.

Forget the area around China town, mainly illegals live there and alot of deadly crime. If you want Bellaire thats inside the loop where you want to be.The other side is slum apartments.Avoid Sharpstown as well, high crime and slummy.

definite, defamation is defamation notwithstanding if on-line or on paper. although, everybody is oftentimes at a loss for words approximately what defamation is. Defamation is making a fact which would be proved incorrect, which will reason somebody to lose their recognition. interior the above occasion, that's proved that the sufferer did no longer marry her stepbrother, so it grew to become right into a blatant lie. although, if the 'sufferer' grew to become right into a serial killer, it does not be classed as defamation because it does not reason him to lose his recognition. Many insults are no longer rather defammatory, because of the fact they convey opinion, no longer fact. If the blogger had pronounced 'She is a ineffective tw*t'' it does not be defammatory because it won't be in a position to truly be shown the two way. comments are positive, yet you won't be in a position to make up statements and recent them because of the fact the fact to break somebody's image. that's what this blogger did.
