Every man should do this just not in public, it is call pocket billiards.
If men don't do it, then they should start because it helps a man to get to know himself better to easily detect any abnormal changes that could be a risk to his health/life.

hahaha... well, yah..
i know.. i've seen my husband do that all the time.. even my younger brother, when theyre asleep i dunno they're like cupping their private parts, i said maybe they're protecting it or something.. but i guess it's a kind of mannerism maybe? or a sleeping pattern? like for me i can get a good comfy sleep when i tuck my pillow between my legs.. so i guess thats their reason..

No. "All" is too great a generalization. There is a wide range of normal behavior. We don't "all" do this.
