Dolphin's are very capable of communicating in a complex way with their own species. George Bush seems on the other hand seens to struggle with stringing a sentence together. So the question is who has the greater I.Q a dolphin or GWB.
I also saw a clip of him giving the American nation the one finger salute which also shows he's a bit dim and does not have very good decision making skills. Seeing as he is a puppet president I suppose this does not matter to much!

I don't know about replacing the dolphin with an ape or a monkey. The president maybe. Some monkeys can sign, a bit like president Bush. Your right, about my accomplishments admittedly they do not run into murdering thousands of innocent people a proportion of which are your own.
Perhaps my ability to use an apostrophe could be improved opon but, I am not as stupid as to not be able to see through George Bush. After all the ten's of thousands of dollas spent on his education you would expect even that retard to have a gained a degree.

I wish comparing IQ between different species was possible...Sorry can't give an answer but will be curious to see what others think.

i like the answers that say he is an air force pilot or that he can fly jets. now those guys couldn't feed a dolphin. he couldn't finish his military commitment, and whether or not he can fly anything is because of the training which he got and didn't use.
as to his educational accomplishments, i am not impressed. he shows no common sense. with all that education what has he done with it? he is the front man for oil money and the mic.
watching a video clip of him in that classroom after he was told about the wtc, would have been funny in any other situation.
dolphins are pretty smart. very intuitive creatures, i think. they do very well in their environment.
bush, however, has never left the nest. all that he has accomplished has been with someone else's money and power.

The Dolphins in average would have a higher IQ than Bush. Bush is a deception of the american people and Bush(with other) should stand trial for high treason, by endangering the country and its people by the politics he(or the shadows) run.
It would actually be fun to put him in the same grave as Saddam, if he got the death penalty.

but one thing for sure..is that...
no matter whether the dolphin or the ape got a better I.Q than GWB..or not ....u can't make these animal president...
actually even puppet president are better than these animal..
i really can't imagine having these animal in control of a country..!!

As a Brit The thing which really frightens me about GWB is when he approaches a camera or podium he walks as though he is in complete command (and so he should be) and then it looks as though someone else is telling him what to say. So who is the President of the United States? It sure ain't GWB

Einstein had a high IQ and could not comb his hair. Accomplishments are what count. Yale graduate, MBA from Harvard, Air Force pilot, two-time governor of Texas, two-time President of the US. Not too shabby a performance for Mr. Bush.

It matters not what the I.Q. is.
What matters is if you have common sense and you actually use it.
I believe that dolphins would know enough to use their good common sense.
