It is on my left side. it goes across to my right side but not bad on my right side.

Yes, it's possible that this could have something to do with ovulation, but sometimes cysts (if that's an issue) can cause pain too. The only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.

it could be your ovaries or could be a case of kidney stones

yea i have the same thing you have and it mostly happens on my period or you could have sleep wrong both happen to me lol
