me, i smoke cigarettes like it aint nuthin...i get an attitude, get shaky, i eat, sleep, talk on da phone, and basically i loose my mind!

go to my bedroom, close door, lie on bed, pray, sometimes write in journal, sometimes take Benadryl and SLEEEEP.

2. Make sure my diet is right / healthy
3. No caffeine - lots of water
4. Yoga
5. Meditation
6. Listen to very relaxing music

i eat lots of chocolate and icecream and yell at everyone and then i feel guilty about yelling and run around apologizing
