To teach personality development?

Well,our personalities are mostly ingrained through nurture in infancy and childhood. (Dysfunctional families may (well, will) cause screwed-up personalities)

A lot of your job will be to teach how to UNLEARN those negative and un-useful traits that were ingrained into the 'victims' of the dysfunction.

Games are good, but you have to invent them. (I do not mean Scrabble or Duck duck goose). More like role playing activities, supervised and critiqued.

Attend a 12 step program YOURSELF (AA, Al-anon or NA) to find out a suitable format for amending a distorted view of reality. In an institution you are going to find a LOT of faulty perspectives and misleading 'normal'.

Personality development is to develop our personality or we need to have confidence in our personality.We have be self confident.Time is precious so we have to use our time wisely.Work smart to attain success in work and all spheres .There should be a proper balance between work and leisure or else we may get sick mentally and phyisically
