Well, first of all, that's not a very clever thing to do... hehe Let's skip the obvious, though. Well you see alcohol is a diuretic (makes you pee) and a nervous system depressant, so I it dehydrates you and supresses your brain functions, making you less inhibited and more tired--hence your dilemma with staying awake (it affects the reticular activating system, among other things, in the brain)... My advice is drink plenty of fluids to flush out the alcohol in your system, eat some tasty salad; the green leafy veggies have iron to help you make blood, and help your poor liver... then do about 20 jumpin jack to stimulate your body (hehe, don't guarantee long-term effect...). eat a proper lunch on your break and drink plenty of fluid, especially water, throughout the day... Goodluck bro and take it easy.

Cold shower and black coffee. I have found toilet paper roll makes a pretty good head rest, while sneaking off for a little nap in my private office. I can lock the door and no one bothers me.

DRINK A LOT OF WATER AND TAKE A WARM SHOWER!!!
Drink water to decrease the concentration of alcohol in ur body, and help ur liver works well too.
Warm shower to make ur blood flow well, the more it flow the more you will feel better.

stop getting drunk and if you have to work the next day, don't drink at all- Drink some coffee
