No, after. I like to read what everyone has to say. And when I see a question I want to answer, I just go straight to Answer.

Hardly ever. I usually just click 'Answer the Question' and...answer the question. Then move on. I might look at the other answers after I'm finished, if the question is interesting.

well if i find a really good question and i have no clue about it
i might just look at a few and i look at the answers when im done just to see other ppls oppinions at times if im interested
and i dont look b4 at times i dotn want ppl to be able to convince me to change my question
