So what is everyone’s best and real ghost stories . I guess It's ok if you have a very convincing imagination LOL.

Im not sure if this is true or not.

A little girl was home alone and when to bed at 8:30. She felt odd so she woke up at 9:00. She felt her dog lick her hand so she felt comfy. She woke up again and heard a dripping sound from the bathroom. drip drip drip. She felt her dog lick her again, and felt confy and fell back asleep At about 11:45 she couldnt stand the dripping sound she went to the bathroom. She opened her door and saw her dog hanging from the shower and the dripping noise was blood. There was a sighn that said: HUMANS DRIP TOO

Not creeped out yet huh? Well heres the creepy part

A man was licking her hand. He was under her bead. He was the one who murdered her dog.

Few years later. she was murdered by the same man.

Be careful tonight. Make sure you know when your dog is up or not.

My friends mom was buying a 3 room apartment with her husband. The apartment room they chose was almost 56 years old. She thought that was nice that much other people enjoyed the apartment. Her mom was a photographer, and she got a new camra. She was testing it out when she heard a loud noise from the kitchen. It was her husband screaming.she ran to him and he was on the ground. His eyes were sagge down and he was dead. She found out her apartment room was haunted bye orbs.

Heres an Ireland Banshee story.

If you didnt know, banshee's are Irish spirits who wail when someone is about to die.

A little Irish boy was in the Town walking to his mom's home. His mom was very sick. He believed in all banshee's and was never scared to hear one. His mom was soon close to death and died. He didnt hear a banshee before she did. One night he heard a banshee. Now if you heard a banshee, you'd be frightend. Know one in his family was sick or about to die

He heard it again and in a green flash, he was dead.

"The lady in the white dress" is what my family reached a consensus on. We had moved into an old house, we weren't sure how old until we saw that in our basement there was a "1901" engraved in the cement floor. We later found out that the house was even older than that, because in the old days people often didn't have concrete floors, so it was believed to be put in later. The point being that the house was quite old.

Well. my mother and sister are more of the open minded type when it comes to ghosts, and they immediately said it was haunted. They both confirmed that they saw a woman in a white dress standing at the top of our steep stairs, but she only ever appeared in peripheral vision, meaning every time you'd turn your head to look, she'd be gone. I thought it was only them trying to entertain each other with stories until my brother also claimed to see her, and he isn't the kind to play along. Well, I still hadn't seen her, and I was convinced that this was all just a bunch of hooplah. Later, while my sister and I were in our living room, we noticed our cat looking up the stairs. He was staring right at the top of the staircase, attentively. I did think that was weird, even when we made noises he ignored us, as if he was watching someone else, but there was no one there.

Finally, one night when I was heading in the direction to go up the stairs, I finally thought I saw something at the top of the stairs, light, whitish, I whipped around and only saw darkness. There wasn't a single thing there that could be confused for light. Then my heart pounded like crazy, and all I could do was laugh, I definitely thought I saw something, and felt as if I had been watched. I didn't tell anyone, really I still wasn't even sure I had seen anything myself.

Several months later a good friend of mine stayed the night. He was on a later schedule than me, so he decided to stay up later. Later that night, he slams loudly on my door with his fists, waking me up. When I open the door he looks genuinely scared and says that he thinks something chased him up the stairs. I tell him it's our ghost, and not to worry, she's not mean.

The next morning I walk down to see that all the lights are on. He was genuinely scared, he wasn't trying to tell a story or to get attention. I think that might have been the time I finally admitted to myself that the lady in the white dress was real. And since then, I haven't seen her. Our family hasn't mentioned her, and she was almost forgotten, until I saw this post. I know this isn't the scariest or most exciting of stories, but I can assure you it's genuine. 5 people saw the same thing at the same place at different times. I being a more scientifically minded person have to wonder what the odds of that are.

And all man-kind has ever done is just verify their existence......... And what is even stranger to me is why are so many members of man-kind are still un-willing to see the truth of these things......................... When I have watch my cat or dog follow something thing as it goes across a room while people are watching these animals head and eye movement and sit there wondering what these animals are looking at.....................................................

ok this actually happened. kind a freaked me out a little.

i was unable to take my psychology final in college at the regular time due to a work trip out of the country. i rescheduled the final with the professor. took it in her office while she was there grading papers and the such. her phone kept on ringing off the hook disturbing her and bugging me. she got annoyed by the kids calling for grades and unplugged the phone and put it in the drawer of her desk. all was good for about 20 min until the unplugged phone started ringing from inside the drawer. she pulled it out of her desk and looked to make sure it was unplugged and it was. she said give me the final. she was spooked. lol. graded my final on what i had finished in the 30 min or so that i had been working on it. aced it.
